Proposal Title: Incidents, 01/23/2009, Other

Proposal Synopsis: An ongoing list of incidents in which civilians have lost their lives during the Iraq War. Ink on paper, 50 inches wide by over 17 feet long, and sadly, growing.

Artist's Biography: In last semester at UNC Chapel Hill, MFA Studio Art program. Born 1971. Cuban-American. Married, 2 good kids.
