Proposal Title: Decapitation I, 03/31/2008, Video/Film
Proposal Synopsis: This war in Iraq is not only a hypostatized militarism-drama but also an action mixed with unclearly consciences of revenge.
The pains exist in the mental destructions and the scars of the country. It will take long time and great effort to be comforted.
It's same situation with any war, no matter they have any kinds of "justification". It's the mobius band to find someone for the payback
since it occurs wars one by one.
This work was inspired with the connections between these destructions and newborn reality. Those Stretching Justices and Injustices take turns to struggle and fight so often that people could easily get misunderstanding in-between.
We could see easily that there are something invisible, cruel
violently behind the memorials.
I think a memorial would combine those meanings to silence and accuse, since it appears not only with expressing skills but also
metaphors and controversies in it.
